The exhibition designed to integrate the “Beijing Design Week” was entitled “The Experience of Being” and it displayed the work of ten designers who collaborated in the project “Art on Chairs 2014”. The exhibition was inspired in the surroundings of china, and in the white cloths from the famous “shadow plays”. Hence there were 15 modules set up, covered by white panels made of silk-similar cloth with light from behind, printed with a contextual phrase and the credits to the object displayed.
The objects were displayed in front of those panels, giving the observer a 3D experience.
